We know that washing your GORE-TEX can be weirdly intimidating. But keeping things clean keeps your gear in play for longer. That’s why, on March 8th, we’ll intake your gear and wash it for you! For free. We'll ship it back to you, refreshed and raring for your next adventure.

• Please RSVP above if you are planning on dropping off your gear so our team can plan accordingly- we are stoked to see you!

• We will only be accepting Arc'teryx GORE-TEX shells and down pieces.

• Please inspect your garment. Garments showing any pre-existing signs of delamination or other damage will NOT be eligible for ReCAREâ„¢. Do you have gear in need of repair or warranty assessment? Fill out our Product Service Request form here.Â
• Your garment will undergo a product assessment and a waiver must be signed.Â
 • Our ReBIRD team will be bringing your gear back to the Kelowna Brand Store for wash and reproofing. Once complete, your gear will be shipped directly back to you.
